INTRODUCTION
By taking into account for the realization of quality of products, the management of company has established a well-furnished equipment lab, and for this purpose a contract was signed between James Heal, UK, and Nizamsons (Pvt.) Ltd for the induction of modern equipment, and company has imported sophisticated equipment from the said company for the evaluation of its products, as per fastness, bleeding, strength and performance requirements to meet the customer expectations. A team of expert from James Heal regularly visits and calibrate the equipment to check the correctness and validity of results. Lab also maintains internal checks to ensure the accuracy of equipment and results/analysis. Lab participates in Interlaboratory Comparisons and proficiency testing to ensurethe quality of its testing.
FTL which is a division of Nizamsons (Pvt.) Ltd, is committed to provide quality services to its customer with relevant production requirement and technically valid results for Physical testing of Textile/Leather/synthetic leather products of gloves & Garments. We have established independent and impartial accredited testing laboratory “First Testing Lab” and an inevitable milestone of lab accreditation under International Standard of Lab Management System (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) has been achieved by FTL. First Testing Laboratory is the first accredited lab by Pakistan National Accreditation Council (PNAC) in our region, so it is a leading independent testing laboratory in Sialkot.
FTL has been established to improve the quality of company’s products, and lab follows international/national legal and regulatory requirements with an aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the testing system, including processes for continual improvement of the production system and the assurance of the conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. For this purpose company has submitted a comprehensive scope to achieve accreditation milestone for its international recognition in standards and quality improvement.

Procurement - WE always search for alternative materials that are more envirnmentally friendly and provide no worse than a cost-neutral comparison to current materials.
Energy usage - We are doing best to curb the wastage of energy Usage,in this concern we have energy saving program to minimize the energy consumption of iT servers, heating and cooling lighting compressed air and process equipment.
Water and sewer Usage - We are doing everything possibel to minimize the use of water in our business along with the resulting wate stream associate with water use
printing and packaging - We are recoganizing our printed materials and packaging to eliminate all but the absolutely necessary elements and give priority to recycled materials. We try use the electronic data transmission wherever possibel.
janitorial and Maintenance services - We use non toxic material/products and practicing preventative maintenance on key systems to maximize their efficiency.
Shipping - We minimize the need to ship materials and use electronic documents, web conferences and/or e-mail whenever possibel. when we do ship materials. we try to use the most efficient containers and carriers.

Nizam Sons have its global supply all around the world, besides having its production house in Pakistan and Marketing/Sales office in Europe and United States. Company has regular imports from different countries of Asia-Pacific region and exports to Europe, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
